Step 3: What you can expect
If you undertake a placement through one of our step programmes, you can be sure:
- you will be paid (a minimum of £210 a week which is free of tax and NI for the first three months)
- you will be undertaking a real project/piece of meaningful work of importance to your host organisation
- you will be supported throughout either by one of our central team or through one of our local programme partners (usually a University or business support organisation)
- you will receive a signed certificate of participation on one of the UK’s most highly valued programmes for students and recent graduates.
